I'm an experience designer turned researcher and strategist with a passion for helping brands create experiences that answer human needs. Through end-to-end research, I specialize in uncovering human insights that catalyze thoughtful design and strategic decisions for next generation services, experiences, and products.
I’ve helped to shape digital and physical experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands — from a new app designed to help people living with disabilities more easily access critical health benefits, to a new store-within-a-store experience for a Fortune 500 retailer.
When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the outdoors and throwing things repeatedly to my fetch-obsessed chocolate lab.
